Cashew nuts taste fantastic. While I've eaten plenty, it wasn't until I went to Cartagena in Colombia that I actually discovered that in addition to the nut, they come with a bright fruit attached.
Much later in Rio, Brazil, I also found that they make a deliciously sweet juice from the fruit. And to think I've been missing out all these years!
Who says travel doesn't broaden your horizons!
