Daintree Rainforest Far North Queensland

The Daintree Rainforest is the largest area of continuous rainforest in Australia.

Today's photo was taken last time I was in Australia about 3 years ago - it is however inspired by the weather we've been having on the Sunshine Coast, which was itself an area of rainforest prior to European settlement!

Its a very memorable tree! Reminds me a bit of natures interpretation of a truss used in construction. Look forward to catching up in London for the iStockalypse!
