Usedom Island Safari Photo Expedition

Field of Flowers: Usedom Island Safari, Germany

Germany probably isn't the first country that comes to mind when you think of Safari. Nevertheless a 4WD is actually just the thing when you want to take advantage of some otherwise inaccessible roads.

Venturing out of the cities its surprising just how open and scenic the German countryside becomes. A big reason for this is that the country side hasn't been overtaken by sprawling suburban development. Instead you have rolling hills, meadows and some charming towns, often with centuries-old architecture.
