Holocaust Memorial, Berlin: An Odd Place for a Nap?!?

The Holocaust Memorial Berlin Is one of the most unusual landmarks in Berlin. Its a large area covered with Grey blocks of varying heights on a surface that varies in its level. Its official name "The Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe" spells out the purpose for the memorial.

It is a monument of significant scale that is clearly designed for people to interact with - to walk past, and possibly even climb on. What is however not so clear is where the boundary lies as to what is appropriate or inappropriate. In part this lack of clarity is probably deliberate. For me, it its not a place I'd feel comfortable sleeping, but for others this clearly isn't as much of a problem.
