This article provides a summary of my digital workflow with the E-30. It covers 3 aspects of my work-flow with the E30:
- Image Capture - ie. in-camera settings (part I)
- RAW software - Aperture -v- Oly Studio -v- Lightroom (part II)
- Post-processing (part III)
This information should also be relevant to other Olympus D-SLR Cameras, particularly the E-620 which shares many of the E30's components including the sensor. For those not familiar with my background, I've previously used an E500, E510 and E420 and used each of these cameras for travel photography, which I sell through this site and on sites like Istock, dreamstime, Fotolia and Shutterstock. See my microstock page for more information.
The conclusions I reach are based on analyzing a lot of images in detail and going through a lot of different samples, not just the images that are linked.
For those who want or are interested, I will instead post links to that material relevant to the subject. In particular I refer a lot to J. Andrzej Wrotniak's website which is one of the best online resource for four-thirds users, and should be considered essential reading for those who want a more thorough scientific analysis of many of these subjects.

UPDATE: With releases of Lightroom 3 (beta) and Aperture 3, the results of this comparison have changed. My recommendation for a raw developer is now Adobe Lightroom 3 (beta)
