One thing that strikes you when you arrive in Africa is the colour. Its richer and earthier than just about anywhere, and combined with the texture of the mountains, makes a stunning view. Todays photos are taken from the flight between Cape Town and Johannesburg. Photography from the window of a commercial flight is never ideal, but sometimes you have to make do!
