Sydney Opera House with passenger ferry

Upcoming Travel: Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane

If you've been following this blog closely, you may have noticed that I'm back home in Australia for the first time in a long time - over two and a half years. Although I didn't intend this to trigger a break in my daily photos, this is exactly what's happened.

A question that I'm getting a lot is along the lines of "what are you going to do now that you're back home?" This implies that I'm going to stay in Australia and get back to a "normal" life. While here, I'm going to be catching up with family and friends, sorting out some necessary paperwork (tax, insurance, banking etc), and divide my time between the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney! At the same time I'm getting everything sorted for yet more travel. More on that to follow!

When I booked the return ticket I'd planned to spend longer here, however my name came out of the iStock yellow bucket so instead I'm going to be cutting the trip shorter than I wanted and heading to London.

For those that are interested here's a summary of my travels for the next month or so:

  • now: Sunshine Coast
  • 7-11 April - Melbourne
  • 12-16 April - Sydney
  • 17-22 April- Brisbane
  • 23-26 April - Seoul
  • 27 April - 7 May - London
  • 8 May on: still in the planning stage!
