Sometimes when you come across a scene like this you won't have a tripod with you. In this case the shot was taken with the camera balanced on chairs and tables. Its usually not an elegant process, but if you're careful enough you can still end up with a shot where nobody will know the difference!

What's wrong with palm trees?? How else are you going to get coconuts?

I don't like coconuts, tropical/hot weather weather or palm trees. Nothing wrong with them, just not my cup of tea. My dream travel desitinations: Greenland, Alaska, Lofotes, Norway, Scottish Highlands - you get the picture... .
